MLG Infotech Pvt Ltd, becomes a registered MSME unit ( new name for SSI Certificate). And the relevant MSME memorandum certificate is formally awarded to MLG. Mr Sunil Bedi , our Vice President was instrumental in this achievement. This is awarded by the District Industries Centre, Faridabad.

MLG Team member, Mr Sangeet Kumar Gupta, under the umbrella of FSIA released the discussion paper on the topic "How the SME sector can use the Credit Cards(plastic money) to their benefit. The special uses and benefits during tight market conditions, the benefits in administration deparment were discussed. MLG Vice President, Mr Sunil Bedi and Senior Manager, Mr Puneet Khanna participate in the 2-day Workshop on *Problem Solving Techniques* conducted by the Faridabad Small Industries Association (FSIA). The programme focussed on "How to Apply mind, even in times of Stress" How to take better decisions ? How to Win, for Long Term Growth ? How to solve the riddles of business life ?  Infact that is what they are called upon to do, in every ERP implementation. How to implement , taking the teams with them. There are tough times, yet all parties must be benefited in the long term..

Speeding of Database - increased by Table Partition. This new Oracle Architecture, has been implemented at Pranav Vikas Pvt Ltd . www.pranavvikas.com, this will further improve the database access speed. Their Database size had grown over 3 years of usage of the ERP.

MLG Team successfully completed 100% E-filing of all Income Tax Returns in the Corporate returns and All Audit Cases. 100% of the cases under non-audit cases were also done by E-filing only. The Taxation Group of MLG deserves a applause from the other team members. Congrats especially for Jitin Kukreja, Nikhil Kumar, Himanshu Gupta, Suman Jha , Vandana Aggarwal, and Pooja Ahuja.

New Member Joining MLG Team - Ms Vandana Aggarwal, All India Rank Holder in CA exams joins MLG Team. She has joined the Audit Team and is also a member of the CS team of Mrs Mayuri Gupta, for our Company's Act Complaince Group ( ROC matters) Team. She is now in CA Final. She had got All India Rank 23rd , in the May 2008 CA PE-2 exams. Congrats to her.

MLG team upgrades the Payroll Package, Making it even more user friendly, The ESI and EPF reports section re-hashed, with new icons, report description and Form-3A, Form 6A, Form 6A-Back, Form 5, Form 10, Form 12-A, and PF Register made more zazzy and their access even more user friendly. New Software launched with new Advanced options of "Salary Envelope", Salary Under Hold, Attendance Checklist, Bonus, Gratuity, Welfare Fund statement etc. The punctuality Bonus section, Salary certificates, Cost-To-Company ( CTC Calculations ), Ex-gratia reports, Overtime reporting section are also re-done. The LIC Joining Report, and LIC Leaving Report, is also a good addition. The Analytical MIS Reports, like Department wise Salary, Category wise, Grade wise, Cost Centre wise Salary costs reports are also available in these new "Add-on" Module of Payroll + HR package. MLG Team offers upgrade to this module for a nominal cost to the existing customers.

MLG Director, Mr Sangeet Kr Gupta was invited as the Guest Speaker at the Faridabad Income Tax Bar Association meeting at Hotel Delite. The Seminar was on the Topic "Basel -II norms" for the banking industry and how it effects, the SME's in NCR-Delhi .
